How quickly can you implement a solution?

Implementation timelines vary based on the complexity of the project(s). Basic solutions can be deployed in 3-5 weeks, while custom solutions may take around 8 weeks, and enterprise solutions 12 weeks or longer. We’ll provide a detailed timeline following our initial consultation.

How does your pricing work?

We offer flexible pricing options including basic solutions for smaller volumes and organisations. Our normal pricing model would generally include an initial setup cost, a nominal monthly fee to cover hosting and ongoing basic support, plus a variable PDF production ‘running’ cost or agreed monthly fee to cover all deliverables. What are the types of jobs/documents that you produce or have experience in producing?

Over the years we have provided PDF production solutions for many different types of jobs, including but not limited to: business cards and stationery items, menus, personalised leaflets or documents, tailored advertisements and even bus and train timetables! What file formats do you support?

We support a wide range of input files (including xml, html, txt, csv, xls, xlsx, json, PDF, gif, jpg, etc.) and generally produce screen or print-ready PDF output file formats. Our solutions can be customised to work with your preferred file types.

Can you help us manage our disparate data?

Do you support language versions?

Yes. We have vast experience in setting up translation files and systems to allow documents to be translated and produced in a wide range of global languages, including all European, Arabic, Chinese, and Greek (Cyrillic).

Can you produce CMYK documents and support SVG (Scalar Vector Graphics)?

Yes, our standard output is a CMYK PDF which helps ensure your brand looks like it should when printed on paper. Charts, tables, and images produced using our own graphics library are of a very high quality and you can also import your own illustrations or graphics if required.

Can I use my own fonts and designs?

Certainly. We can build templates to match your existing or new designs, and include your chosen font, colour palette, logos, or other images to perfectly represent your brand.

How do I provide my data for processing?

Our standard process is for agreed project data files to be loaded to a secure and restricted client portal with resultant PDFs downloaded from the same website. We are however platform agnostic and also support secure, access controlled client portals, SFTP, and S3 compatible storage solutions.

Is my data secure with DataActive?
